There are seven layers of different metals in each piece of cookware that work together to spread the heat evenly and efficiently. These seven layers are not just used for the base of the cookware, but the sides as well. This means the aluminum core will spread heat throughout the walls as well as the base, allowing the heat to spread more evenly and make the cookware less likely to burn.
With a 316Ti ferritic steel interior layer, Heritage Steel cookware boasts lasting luster, superior durability, and the most inert cooking surface available which produces food with clean, authentic flavor. Other types of induction ready cookware use a magnetic type of stainless steel on the outermost layer, which compromises the integrity of that outer layer of the cookware. However, the 316Ti stainless steel in Hammer Stahl cookware is titanium stabilized and resists pitting and corrosion, extending the aesthetic appearance and overall lifetime of your pieces.

The innovative handle design is comprised of multiple machined parts, which creates a hollow handle that stays cooler than a solid metal handle. Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
