This model offers the U-Select feature, which designates six settings on the base of the mill grinding ranging from extra-coarse to powdery. The grinding mechanism is constructed of 18/10 stainless-steel, which won’t corrode from contact with the salt. Each mill unscrews from the top for adding salt, while the round ball nut can be loosened or tightened to change the coarseness of the grind.
